1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking services, you acknowledge that you:

  • Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  • Are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

2. Services Offered

We provide:

  • Holistic life coaching (in-person or online)

  • Equine-assisted learning sessions

All services are educational, experiential, and wellness-focused.

They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or veterinary care.

3. Booking, Payments & Cancellations

3.1 Booking

Sessions must be booked through email.

3.2 Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a session may be rescheduled.

  • Cancellations made within 4 hours or no-shows may be charged the full fee.

  • Weather-related changes for equine sessions may result in rescheduling at our discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate health and personal information.

  • Follow all safety instructions, particularly around horses.

  • Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for equine sessions.

  • Refrain from bringing drugs, alcohol, or disruptive behaviors onto the property.

5. Assumption of Risk

Equine activities involve inherent risks.

By participating, you voluntarily assume all associated risks, including physical injury.

6. No Guarantees

Results vary by individual.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from coaching or equine-assisted learning.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, materials, and session resources are the property of Suzette Boddington and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Injuries sustained during equine activities

  • Emotional distress resulting from coaching

  • Losses resulting from website use or service participation

These Terms are governed by the laws of NZ.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of updates.
